Navarro ISD Celebrates School Board Appreciation Month

Each January, the Texas Association of School Boards celebrates Board Appreciation Month. At the January meeting, Navarro ISD and our extended Panther Family took a moment to turn the spotlight on our incredible Board of Trustees. This year's theme, "Leadership for Tomorrow's Texas," perfectly embodies their dedication to our district's and community’s future.
Like a lightbulb sparking a bright idea, our Board members fuel Navarro ISD's motto of "Vision in Action." Their tireless service, grounded in a deep love for education, makes a real difference in the lives of our students, staff, and the heart of Geronimo.
Illuminating the path forward, our team of eight’s guiding light translates that vision into action through their unwavering governance, spirit of volunteerism, and compassion for people. While the theme is "Leadership for Tomorrow's Texas," the Navarro ISD Board of Trustees consistently go above and beyond, serving as true visionaries who are setting the pace for the next decade of Navarro Panthers. Their leadership extends far beyond fulfilling the requirements of tomorrow, and they are actively shaping a future of excellence for our children who will be the next generation of Navarro’s teachers, parents, coaches, principals and maybe even trustees.
Thank you, Navarro ISD Board of Trustees, for your unwavering dedication and leadership. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a visionary team at the helm, steering our district towards a bright and successful future. Our campuses and departments gave delicious treats, keepsake trinkets, and student made gifts to each trustee.
