Welcome to your go-to guide for SmartPass! Say goodbye to paper hall passes. SmartPass makes moving around campus simple, quick, and completely digital—accessible right from your Chromebook.

What You Need to Know

Before you jump into the video walkthroughs, here is a quick overview of how SmartPass keeps things running smoothly:

  • Requesting a Pass: Need to head to the restroom, library, main office, or counselor? Create a pass in just a few clicks and wait for teacher approval.

  • Scheduling Ahead: Planning to visit a teacher during Panther Time? You can request and schedule passes in advance.

💡 Pro Tip: Always remember to end your pass on your device as soon as you return to your classroom! Leaving a pass running can prevent you from creating new passes later in the day.
